How do I register my child?
Open the QademNow app, go to the Home screen, tap the "+" button, and fill in your child's details including pickup and dropoff locations. Once saved, you can browse available buses and request a subscription.
How does real-time tracking work?
Once a driver starts a route, their GPS location is tracked in real-time. Parents can see the bus location on the map, track progress through each stop, and receive notifications when the bus is approaching their child's stop.
How do I make a payment?
After requesting a subscription, you'll be directed to the secure payment screen. We accept payments through EDFAPAY gateway. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant for your security.
What if the driver rejects my subscription request?
If a driver rejects your subscription request (usually due to capacity issues), any payment made will be automatically refunded to your account or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
How do I become a driver?
Download the QademNow app, select "Driver" during registration, and complete the driver registration form with your personal details, driving license, vehicle registration, and proposed route. Our admin team will verify your documents and approve your application.
Can I track multiple children?
Yes! You can add multiple children to your account and track each one individually. Each child can be subscribed to different buses and routes based on their needs.
What happens if my child is absent?
You can mark your child as unavailable for pickup in the app. The driver will be notified and won't wait at your stop. You'll still maintain the subscription unless you cancel it.
Is my child's data safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and Firebase security to protect all personal information. Location data is only shared with assigned drivers during active rides. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel a subscription from the app by going to your subscriptions list and selecting the cancel option. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and timing of cancellation.
What languages does the app support?
QademNow currently supports English, Arabic (coming soon), French, German, and Hindi. You can change the language in the app settings.
